YOGHURT DIET


There is a huge number of various diets. One last only some days and are similar to hunger strikes, and others – softer – are calculated on some months. The last option is certainly more preferable because in this case weight is lost gradually, gram behind gram. And all know – that leaves slowly, slowly and comes back. Therefore the preference needs to be given to the balanced diets, which daily caloric content not lower than 1000-1100 kcal.

The YOGHURT DIET meets all these requirements at once for several reasons. First, in yogurt there are all necessary substances – fats, carbohydrates and proteins. The last is most important. After all enough of proteins contains only in meat, sour-milk products and bean cultures. Any diet excluding these products, is one-sided and very dangerous.

But to the people keeping to a yogurt diet, deficiency of proteins doesn't threaten, the it is more that the main diet is allowed to be diversified with boiled meat. Best of all turkey or rabbit flesh will be suitable for these purposes, it is possible to use chicken meat and "lean" beef also. Small slice of meat – weight it shouldn't exceed hundred grams – best of all to eat for a dinner.

But there are people to whom most of all is know for the night. They before going to bed feeling of hunger so strongly that have an irresistible desire to interrupt a diet and properly to gorge on. Not to give in to a temptation, needs a few to help – to make a dinner more nourishing. This absolutely anti-dietary recommendation needs two specifications. First, the break between the last meal and a dream has to make at least 3,5 hours. And secondly, to have supper it is necessary to try to 18–18.30 o'clock in the evening. In this case it is quite possible to transfer a meat dish after a dinner to a dinner. Garnish the filled salad from tomatoes and cucumbers can serve as nothing. Besides, per day it is possible to eat to 400 grams of fresh fruit, except for a melon, a water-melon and grapes. In them contains a lot of enough high-calorie carbohydrates which will make a diet simply senseless. It is best of all to prefer green grades of apples and a citrus.
