YOGHURT DIET

Cabbage and vegetable diet

Breakfast: 60 grams of firm grades of cheese, piece of bread, 250 grams of milk.
Dinner: glass of natural juice from apples, a slice of roast chicken without skin and fat, 100 grams of salad from any vegetables.
Dinner: milk cup, 2 hard boiled eggs, a portion of salad with onions and the fresh cabbage filled with the minimum quantity of sunflower oil.

Fourth day
Breakfast: 2 big toasts, 250 grams of apple juice.
Dinner: fruit on a choice of 200 grams, a piece of fast meat, 100 grams of buckwheat cereal on water.
Dinner:  milk glass, 100 grams of boiled rice on water, salad from tomato, onions with sunflower oil - 250 grams.

Fifth day
Breakfast: 100 grams of pure yogurt, small orange.
Dinner: 100 grams of boiled potato, a tea glass without sugar, small meat cutlet.
Dinner: glass of apple natural juice, fruit at will, 150 grams of strawberry.

Sixth day
Breakfast: 250 grams of milk, buckwheat on water.
Dinner: apple, orange, boiled meat without fat, potatoes boiled - 150 grams.
Dinner: rice boiled - 100 grams, salad from vegetables with oil sunflower.

Seventh day
Breakfast: milk - 250 grams, 150 grams of buckwheat cereal on water.
Dinner: orange juice - 250 grams, boiled potatoes - 100 grams, orange and apple.
Dinner: 250 grams of apple juice, a piece of rye bread, a meat chop, salad from vegetables.

Cucumber diet


This diet is based on physiological influence of fresh cucumbers. It is stimulation of digestion and food advance on intestines, intestines cleaning, normalization of water-salt balance, skin clarification, diuretic action, metabolism activation.

The basis of a diet is made by special salad of cucumbers. 1 kg of cucumbers (150 kcal) is largely cut, we add 30 g of mayonnaise (about 90 kcal). Mayonnaise can be replaced with sour cream - choose low-fat, with the caloric content of 220 kcal on 100 g. It is possible to add some salt slightly to salad, but it is better to manage pepper instead of salt, especially if you dress salad with mayonnaise. Flavor all with greens to taste (fennel, parsley, cilantro, a basil, an estragon, a celery) or add unsalted vegetable seasonings.

The turned-out salad is divisible on three meals: the 1st at 12-14 o'clock, the 2nd at 16-17 o'clock and the 3rd at 19-20. The last can be flavored "cucumber calling" with 1 teaspoon (no more! ) vegetable oil instead of sour cream and mayonnaise (you remember that at vegetable oils very high caloric content - about 900 kcal). To each meal add on a piece of black bread (about 50 g).

The feeling of satiety can be strengthened reception of microcrystalline cellulose - on 5 tablets a day in 20-30 minutes prior to food, washing down with 1-2 glasses of boiled water.

For the night (22-23 hours) eat big apple or 2 oranges, a pear or a kiwi, a mix from fruit (on 100 kcal).

240 kcal - a cucumber + mayonnaise
300 kcal - 150 g of bread
100 kcal - fruit for the night
200 kcal - a breakfast
60 kcal - tea/coffee/sugar at work
Total: 900 kcal a day. Don't forget to add to this diet vitamin preparations since the totality of necessary vitamins neither in a cucumber, nor in mayonnaise with sour cream isn't present. Will leave for a week of-5 kg precisely.
