Rice Diet


The rice diet is effective and useful. Rice possesses remarkable ability to bring harmful substances out of an organism. Rice grain contains eight important amino acids which are vital to the person for healthy life. First, the potassium necessary for work of a cardiac muscle, secondly, of protein, promoting healthy functioning of an organism, and as phosphorus, iron, zinc, iodine, calcium and the vitamins of group B strengthening nervous system, improving a condition of hair, nails and skin. Unlike other cereal cultures, rice doesn't contain gluten – vegetable protein which causes allergic reaction, also doesn't contain sodium salt which causes hypostases.
It is worth noticing that most of all vitamins contains in the raw grain. The rice kernel of white color hides under a layer a brown cover which contains the most part of vitamins and minerals. Options of a rice diet

1 . Unloading rice diet. Once a week (as option, 3 days in a row once a month) is applied. Rice promotes clarification of an organism and relieves of excess liquid. The recipe is simple: to boil a rice glass (it is possible to undercook slightly, it will be so better), it is necessary to eat it in a day, small portions. It is possible to drink thus green tea without the sugar, the cleared water, freshly squeezed juice or still mineral water.
2 . Long rice diet. Application of this type of a diet possibly only in combination with other products: vegetables, fruit, low-fat meat and fish. Duration fluctuates from 1 to 2 weeks. It is necessary to prepare dishes on couple or to boil. It is necessary to accept food often (5-6 times a day), small portions. It is important to observe proportions of rice and other products. Per day no more than 200 g of other products have to fall on 500 g of rice. The quantity of fruit can be increased to 500 grams. Your menu can include such dishes, as boiled meat, fish, vegetable broths, salads from fresh vegetables and fruit. Rice as has to be boiled. To use seasonings and salt, it isn't recommended. Presence something sour is obligatory: oranges, lemons, sour grades of apples. You can drink everything, excluding, whenever possible, sugar.
